Not everyone find loves at first fit but our team is here to help find the best outfit for you.

We offer Exchange and Credit.

RETURNS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or have makeup stains. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable merchandise include products under "SALE" Tab, Swimwear, and Bodysuits.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements
  • All Exchanges that show any signs of wear will be refused.
  • We can't accept exchange because of personal preferences. Please check carefully the dress(es) and styles before purchasing.
  • Customers must ask for a Return Number via email before returning items: secretshowroomnyc@gmail.com (Packages received without a Return Number won't be accepted).
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Secret Showroom
  • We diligently inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
  • Store Credit is valid only at www.SecretShowroomBoutique.com
  • Coupons/discount offers ARE NOT ACCEPTED when using your store credit voucher.
  • All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping  We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 48 Hrs. of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects.
  • Please check the size guide carefully before you place the order. If the dress doesn't fit and you'd like to exchange for another size, you must pay another shipping fee.
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be applied

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pack your merchandise securely. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition.
  • Be sure to include your Full name and Order Number.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not  accept COD deliveries.
  • It is recommended that you use a tracking service for your return.
  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor the delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

STORE CREDIT

A customer will be issued an online credit within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned items. Store credit is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on Secret Showroom Boutique.com. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order and orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well.

 

Faulty Items…

Secret Showroom guarantees its dresses to be free from damage or manufacture defect upon receipt. Our dresses are delicate in nature and should be handled with care, they will experience normal wear and tear over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item please notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily repair, exchange or refund your faulty item after it has been inspected by our quality control. Please note that unless your item is in brand new condition with the tags still attached then you will not be issued a refund. We will not accept exchanges or faulty item refunds out of the 7 day period.
